A-STEAM Greenhouse & Science Lab
Immense Gratitude to our Sponsors and Donors of 2023! Through your contributions, UHURU FARMS constructed a 20’x40’ Greenhouse, which lengthens our growing season, and allows our Sowing & Growing Events to reach & serve more members of the community.
UASC Archery Club
Ta-Seti (The Land of the Bow) marked the border region of Ancient Kemet towards Nubia. Our young Warrior Scholars learn to have razor-sharp focus when executing their goals through the Science of Archery. Through donations received during 2023, UHURU FARMS purchased more bows, arrows and quivers, an Archery net acting as a backstop for arrows, and new targets. An increase in equipment allows UHURU FARMS to conduct Community Workshops teaching the basics of Archery to youth groups, students from local schools, and seniors from neighboring Adult Activity Centers.
